Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order. No minimum, no codes needed.

Processing time: orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time: After shipping, orders arrive in 10 to 18 business days.

Tracking: once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. It can take 2 to 3 days for the tracking to start updating.

Orders with several items: items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages on different days. You’ll get tracking for each one.

Where we ship: we currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Wrong address: please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email santiestebanc470@gmail.com within 12 hours and we’ll try to fix it before it ships.

Lost or late packages: if your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 days, or your order hasn’t arrived 25 business days after it shipped, contact us and we’ll send a replacement or a refund.
