30-Day Happy-Paws Guarantee
We want you and your pet to love your Toebean order. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or a replacement.
How to get a refund
- Email us at santiestebanc470@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a short note on what went wrong.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with next steps.
- Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Returns
For most refunds you won't need to send anything back. If we do need a return, we'll email you the return address and instructions. Please don't mail items to us without contacting us first.
Bundles
If you bought a 2-Pack or 3-Pack, you can ask for a refund on the whole bundle or on part of it. A partial refund is based on the price you paid per item.
